Representing Rapids
When players wear the Wisconsin Rapids jersey,
they represent their teammates, school, community,
and the tradition of the program.
Players are expected to demonstrate pride, professionalism,
and respect at all times.
Behavior in School

Younger players are always watching — and learning.

- Use social media responsibly
Posts that damage the reputation of the program may result in consequences.
Supporting Other Rapids Teams
Being part of Rapids Basketball means supporting the entire Rapids athletic community.
Players are encouraged to attend and support other school teams whenever possible.
This demonstrates:
- School pride
- Respect for other athletes
- Unity across athletic programs
Championship cultures support each other.

You never know when someone is watching — and forming an opinion about our program.
Our values
Program
Non-Negotiables
In our program, there are no shortcuts. No excuses. No exceptions. These standards are non-negotiable because they define who we are and what we stand for. They separate good players from great players, teams from champions, and individuals from a family. Every player who steps on this court is expected to live these principles—every day, in every moment—because they aren’t just rules, they’re the foundation of our culture, our identity, and our legacy. If you can’t commit to these, you can’t commit to this program.
Effort is Mandatory
Give everything. No excuses. No half-measures. No one outworks us.
Own It
Mistakes, wins, losses—take responsibility. Always.
Be On Time, Be Ready
Late or unprepared? You’re letting the team down.
Trust the Process
Results follow hard work. Every day, every rep.
Respect Everything
Teammates, coaches, opponents, the game. No shortcuts.
Compete Relentlessly
Every drill, every possession, every moment.
Team First
No ego. No selfishness. Greatness is collective.
Always Improve
Be better today than yesterday. No limits.
Integrity Matters
Do the right thing, even when no one’s watching.
Practice Like a Pro
Treat every moment like a championship opportunity.
